Abideen MUSA

Abideen Musa is an Executive Director at NSIA Insurance, overseeing the Technical Department across both General and Life Insurance. Since assuming the role in March 2017, he has played a key role in strengthening the company’s technical and operational capabilities.

With over 22 years of insurance experience, his career spans risk underwriting, claims management, and marketing. He began at NOA Insurance Brokers in 1995 and later advanced to lead the Underwriting Unit at Equity Indemnity Insurance Company, where he served for eight years.

He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Geography and Planning from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate of the CIIN and a participant in executive education at Lagos Business School, as well as other local and international training programs.

Abideen is known for his strong technical leadership, strategic execution, and deep understanding of insurance operations.

Outside of work, he enjoys table tennis, football, travel, and reading.
