Hélène KONIAN

Hélène KONIAN is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in legal, banking, and general management, with a strong focus on corporate governance and ethical leadership.

She began her career in 1983 as a Legal Officer at BIAO Bank in Abidjan, and rose to become Company Secretary/Legal Manager for the Retail Bank division of Ecobank Group from 2009 to 2016.

Hélène has served on the boards of GEPEX (Abidjan), OCTIDE (Paris), and LOCAFIRQUE (Dakar), contributing to industries such as agri-export, finance, and leasing.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a D.E.S.S in Banking Law & Economy from the University of Paris.

Hélène currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of NSIA Insurance.
