Adetutu ARUSIUKA

Adetutu is the Deputy General Manager at NSIA Insurance, where she leads composite business development. With over 25 years of experience across Life and Non-Life insurance, she brings deep expertise in business development, underwriting, claims, retail operations, and risk management.

A Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), she is also an Associate member of NCRIB, ANIM, and ANIDM. She holds a Master’s degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Science (Marketing), and is an alumna of the Lagos Business School (SMP52).

She serves as Treasurer on the CIIN Governing Council and previously chaired both the ORC and Activities Committees. She is an active member of the Professional Insurance Ladies Association (PILA).

Adetutu is also passionate about mentorship and leadership development, dedicating time to groom young professionals in the insurance sector.
