Thomas is a seasoned professional in the insurance sector with over 25 years of experience. He began his career in 1997 as an Insurance Controller at the Ministry of Finance, Côte d’Ivoire, where he gained critical insights into insurance regulation over a nine-year tenure.

In 2006, he became Senior Insurance Controller at CIMA in Libreville, contributing to the regulation of insurance markets across Africa for eight years.

He joined the NSIA Group in 2014 and served as Director of Control, later becoming a Consultant offering strategic oversight and operational guidance drawn from his regulatory experience.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s in Statistics from E.N.S.E.A, Abidjan, a Master’s in Insurance from I.I.A, Yaoundé, and an MBA from the State University of New York at New Paltz. He holds the CPCU and AIDA designations from the American Institutes, and a Certificate in Actuarial Science from the World Bank & AIO.

He currently enjoys fitness training and reading, staying mentally and physically engaged in both personal and professional development.
